During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed branches and piles of leaves in the backyard play area (1) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observe two gates on both sides of the home. None of the gates are self-closing or self-latching. None of the gates were locked. At least one gate needs to be self-closing and self-latching. The other gate can be self-closing and self-latching or locked (11)
